As per U.S. Regulations on travel to Cuba, travelers from the US can only legally travel to the island with a full agenda (prepared by a travel agency with U.S. Jurisdiction licensed to sell travel to Cuba) in compliance with one of the OFAC general travel affidavit categories or a specific license. They must have a full-time itinerary based on their travel category (No Tourism – such as all-inclusive beach hotels – is allowed under most categories).

The Administration has blacklisted direct financial transactions with these Cuban entities.

Please note that Caribbean Tours USA can not book any travel to destinations for which there is a US Department of State Level 4 travel advisory in effect (Level 4 : Red – Do Not Travel).
