• Besides the head office in Havana, there are representatives (full-time Customer Experience Agents) in Varadero, Holguin/Guardalavaca, Viñales and Trinidad. As well as representation in Cienfuegos and Santiago de Cuba.
• Our head office for the Hispaniola island is located in the Old Town of Santo Domingo and is staffed from 8 am till 8 pm, Monday thru Friday.
• Furthermore: There is a 24-hour emergency hotline in each country
