Our offices in Miami work directly with our counterpart in Cuba and our local office in Santo Domingo to produce the results you need. As for Cuba, this cooperation ensures that all travel activities are in compliance with rules and regulations in place by Cuban and US authorities, OFAC and BIS.

Our Swiss-rooted firm started business in the USA in 2016, being represented by its Director, Andreas Blass, since January 1st, 2019. Our partner's offices in Cuba are located in the heart of Havana, in the Vedado district, nearby to the Revolution Square. It is open Monday through Friday from 8 am – 8 pm; Saturday and Sunday from 8 – 6 pm.

Besides the head office in Havana, there are representatives (full-time Customer Experience Agents) in Varadero, Holguin/Guardalavaca, Viñales and Trinidad. As well as a representation in Cienfuegos and Santiago de Cuba.

The head office for the Hispaniola island is located in the Old Town of Santo Domingo and is open from 8 am till 8 pm, Monday thru Friday.

Furthermore, there is a 24-hour emergency hotline in each country.
